Newfoundland, Alberta, Germany & More
Tis the season of announcements... and I have several at the moment for you.
The quiet of winter is gone and the urgency of spring is upon me.
I'n headed out to Newfoundland for a handful of shows including a weekend at the Trails Tales & Tunes festival at Norris Point.

On the way I am taking a detour to Ontario to start rehearsals with my dear friends and music heros Sarah MacDougall and Lisa MacIsaac.
As some of you may know I played a bunch of shows with Lisa over the last couple of years and it is SO DREAMY. But while we were on the road, she was talking about tours she did with our mutual friend Sarah, and the wheels started turning in our brains. We should do a tour together!
We will make our debut as a trio at Lunenburg Folk Harbour and I can't wait! We'll also be playing a few shows around NS in august and then heading to Ontario and Germany in the fall. A dream come true. MacDougall-MacIsaac-MacLellan is now a thing. Watch out!
I'm also announcing a few other festivals including Calgary Folk Festival and South Country Fair in Alberta this July.
Bonus: I get to play in a grain elevator in Nanton AB.
And let's not forget the beginning of summer here in PEI with the Festival of Small Halls. I'll be doing the annual Song House concert - special guests this year Joce Reyome, Cara Luft & Logan Staats. It's always a magical time. And a bonus for me this year, I get to play a show called Songbirds & Sweethearts with Lucy Farrell, Jake Charron and my sweetheart, Mark Westberg. It will be a night of laughs and swoons no doubt.
And one last big announcement!
I'll be back at the Harbourfront Theatre in Summerside PEI playing the Songs of Gene MacLellan with a full band! Kim Dunn, Mark Westberg, Nick Gauthier and Rodney Arsenault will be back onstage with me to celebrate my father's songs and to share his life story. I hope you'll join us there for these select shows:

In the meantime, a big thank you to all who came out and supported the fundraiser we did for Hospice PEI. We raised $10,000 with one night of beautiful music.
